Requires much more effort than should be necessary

Does what it claims, but the interface is garbage and transferring files requires much more effort than should be necessary. I have no idea why people are rating this so highly.

Paid App

Why waste time by letting you fill out the profile and then say it is paid?

Might be great, but…

I don’t like any app that shows as free and then immediately asks for money. That’s not transparent, it’s fundamentally misleading, and therefore I don’t trust you.
For the record, you’re offered a three day trial for free as long as you sign up to pay.

How do I send files with QuickDrop?

To send files, select the 'Share' option for a file on your device and choose 'QuickDrop' from the list. If it's not visible, you may need to enable it in the 'More' or 'Edit' options. You can also open the QuickDrop app, select a device, and choose files from your Files app or clipboard.

Is QuickDrop free to use?

The application is free to download and use. However, it does offer in-app purchases, suggesting that some advanced features or customization options might be available for purchase.

What devices is QuickDrop compatible with?

QuickDrop is designed for cross-platform file sharing. It supports Android phones, iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers, as long as they are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Where are received files stored?

When you receive files using QuickDrop, they are automatically stored in the Files app on your device. This makes it easy to access and manage your transferred documents, photos, and videos.
