App working well but sometimes annoying
Usually works well. Constantly nagging about giving a review, until you do so. Seems to have a memory leak too. Had to restart it today, it was using 12GB of RAM. Wish it had an edit feature to rename the entries but maybe that’s part of the paid features.
Response from developer
Thanks for your feedback. We will be adding an edit feature for free, and, we will revisit the amount of times we ask the user to give a review, sorry about that. It will be available on version 1.7.7.
Unable to use free version
Trying to sign up for a website requiring multi-factor authentication. I’m assuming the seed field is where the “Plain text key” should go, but it doesn’t fit. If that’s not how this works, then it needs better directions…
Response from developer
Hello! thanks for reaching out. The seed of the TOTP should be 16 or 32 chars, the app is ready to deal with the standard sizes. Your OTP might have some wrong values or you're trying to paste something else. Please reach out to support, we will gladly help you setup the TOTP if you need. Thanks
