Unable to use free version
Trying to sign up for a website requiring multi-factor authentication. I’m assuming the seed field is where the “Plain text key” should go, but it doesn’t fit. If that’s not how this works, then it needs better directions…

Hello! thanks for reaching out. The seed of the TOTP should be 16 or 32 chars, the app is ready to deal with the standard sizes. Your OTP might have some wrong values or you're trying to paste something else. Please reach out to support, we will gladly help you setup the TOTP if you need. Thanks
