Amazing
I do home projects that get complex and this software has all the features I need to help visualize the tasks, interconnections, and timeline. There are many more features for professionals that I don’t use but may explore as my projects get more complex. I have used this for a few years now on about three big projects and several other ideas.

Frankly, Great!
Occasionally I come across an App with nothing but great Reviews. This normally has me smell a rat!
But QuickPlan deserves it’s great reviews.
From the very useful “How to Drive” it video at initial launch to the powerful UI.
Turns out that it is really worth concentrating during this video, as most of what you want to do is flagged during this packed video.
I found my self thinking, while entering my project, I wonder if I could… and most of the time I could. Add Resources, add Notes to a task, Add costs to a task, Change Currency Symbol.
The only thing I wish I had spotted was the full version App, as now it seems I need to buy the functionality I want, a bit at a time. Not sure yet if I will win or lose as I have not made a decision on all the functions I need.
Once you get the gist of the UI it is very easy to drive with multiple keyboard shortcuts available.
In short: BRAVO!!
A downside I found.
Printing is not part of the basic package if you want more than 100 tasks, and then it is just an image created not an editable output. Output to PDF is an extra from the basic package.
Feature Request: Basic Printing Please.

Rapido ed efficace
Lo uso per gestire cantieri e progetti architettonici. Non é forse il software più completo e complesso del suo genere, ma permette di realizzare cronoprogrammi efficaci, anche mediamente complessi in modo facile ed intuitivo. Risultano semplici anche le modifiche e gli aggiornamenti periodici delle singole voci. Ne ho provati parecchi, ma se la necessità é quella di gestire professionalmente cronoprogrammi di media complessità lo trovo assolutamente adatto. Molto comoda la doppia azione sia su iPad che su Mac con il sistema di archiviazione in cloud. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Outstanding Scheduling App
MS Project is too complicated and cumbersome to use. Quick Plan is so much more user friendly and easier. Then export in MS Project, life is good

Dates keep changing
Please help. I purchased the app yesterday, and I set up my project. Unfortunately, every time I open up the app, the dates of the tasks have changed. How do I keep them constant?
Really disappointed
A really great app and quite happy to pay for the App, but EXTREMELY disappointed to find I have to pay to unlock export and import features, really??? Money grab exercise!! ....your description said has export features, didn’t see any mention of unlocking fees, come on, you are better than this, I did the right thing and purchased your app in good faith, not expecting money grabs along the way for what should really be included, shame.

Surprisingly simple to sophisticated
The hallmark of a great app is a simple one that “hides” the distractions of its advanced sophistication. This app is like owning a simple, very useful pickup truck, that by the way is hiding thee top 4x4 suspension and a corvette engine!
I can say as a professional program manager that this app has all the functionality that 99% of the users will ever need—with the best user interface of any PM app (I’ve tried them all). An example of what the other 1% may need would be the use of the rare and elusive dependency species called: “Start to Finish”, found in MS Project or Smartsheet. Trust me, you’ll never need this dependency unless you’re launching the space shuttle.
I really hope these guys stay viable and in business—they truly get the essence of project management and built this for PMs from the ground up. The most important priority being getting the work done, not working on a project plan. If they don’t stay in business, you have plenty of export options for a reasonable price... but I think we’ll see these guys grow out of control soon!

The best Gantt chart software. I have tried so many such type of software. It is absolutely the best regarding the efficiency, functionality and elegance.
Great app UPDATE 11 NOV
This is a great app. I had an issue re the PDF export and the developer sorted it out for me immediately- fantastic service. It’s a super flexible app for Gantt charts and easy to export. My only advice is if you want PDF export you need to buy the ‘pro’ app which costs a little more- but definitely worth it if you want to export. I’m really happy to support decelerations who make excellent apps and back them up with excellent service.
