Does not work with Miura M10 reader
I have been trying to get help with this. I keep saying the app doesn’t find the M10 reader, it doesn’t work on any iPhones. It’s been two times since I’ve reached out and I have not gotten any help.
Connectivity
The app is good on android however I can not pair the M010 Mpos device on my iPhone 13 with IOS15 it is not finding the device via Bluetooth. If this could be address it would make the experience good again.
Wish it had facial recognition or a 4 digit pin
Only reason it does not have 5 stars is because login takes to long if they make it to have facial recognition or pin for faster access this would be great. Use United Payment Corp I only pay $24.95 a month for everything no matter how much I use it’s great!!!!!
So Simple, Made taking credit cards so easy.
Love this app. This makes taking credit cards super easy. I love the reporting for this also. Big fan of ChargeAnywhere!
Stay Away at all costs
My name is Jennifer Dhillon and I work for a dumpster company. Let me just start of by saying this company is hands down one of the worst credit card processors I have ever worked with. When I first had a meeting with their agent I was most concerned with any risk hold policies their company might have, and their chargeback customer service. They assured me they dont have any risk holds and with their portal it would be very hard for customers who we can document proof to chargeback. 1- They put more than a $70,000 hold on the funds charged without any notice. 2-No one sent us a single chargeback notification and when I called their "chargeback specialist" she had no idea what she was talking about or even how to answer the simplest questions.
Before signing with them I asked about all their horrible reviews and they assured me it was their competition.
