Added the ability to turn on/off "allow multiples" on the Settings page. It defaults to allow multiples, which does not change the behavior of the app compared to the previous version. If you go onto the Settings page and turn OFF "allow multiples," it will stop and tell you that you've scanned someone before if you scan them a subsequent time. It will allow you to accept them (Okay) or reject them (Cancel) as you desire.
