Love this app but it just kicked out all of my notes and classes
I’m sad, everything is gone. And I don’t believe there’s a cloud so if I delete to troubleshoot could completely wipe it if it’s there but I can’t see it due to a bug.m

Edit: I saw in another review’s response that the developers said to go to the website; I did and some of my stuff is there! There’s no update available so redownloaded and it appeared in app. Probably my fault for not creating more iCloud backups

Used to be great
The past few updates the recordings didn't work. And now all of my previous recordings are not only gone but the summaries are locked now?? And half the features are gone? There used to be glossaries, outlines, and audio playback and everything else and this was my FAVORITE app. Now half the features are gone and there's a paywall. Insanely frustrating and dissapointing.

Do you guys not have any free minutes anymore?? I'm stuck on a paywall and it won't let me swipe it away. I can't even look at what I've already recorded.

Very good I had no problem downloading the video and recording and turning into notes unlike other apps.

I am loving this app, the YouTube videos that are recommended for the notes recorded are absolutely genius! The only thing I miss is the quiz function that the other apps had, but overall I highly recommend this app!

I loved the app, but now ever since the last update I can’t even see notes anymore after processing. Just a blank white screen, so my rating I’m sorry has to go down because the app is now useless for me at this time.

It Really Is That Good
Blown away by the features of QuickTakes. The translation of a lecture into outlines, study guides, and more is fantastic. This is the absolute best app for studying!! It gives me a transcript of the lecture and makes flashcards and study tests along with an outline of the most important parts. It also recommends videos that are Very Helpful. I have everything I need in one convenient place that I can access on my phone, iPad, or laptop. I absolutely LOVE THIS APP!

Useless on Apple products
I have tried recording twice with my iPhone and iPad and when I replay all I hear is a static noise like radio frequency search for a recording of over 1hr. And I paid for 80hrs of recording which has been useless so far. Worked better on Samsung
Quick and helpful
I’ve really liked using QuickTakes for about 9 months now. It’s easy to add videos from YouTube but no other platforms yet. Hope it will be able to easily upload from voice memos too in the future. I would also love it it had more of a difference between the Outline and Study Guide, as they tend to be nearly identical. All in all, a great tool that will hopefully keep evolving!

You still have lots of features on the free version, and the paid version is truly affordable and reasonable pricing. I use this so much to review my content for school, or just have an idea what I’ll be studying next.

This app has genuinely helped so much! My professor has a tendency to mention topics that aren't included on the powerpoint and I'm too busy trying to write to remember word for word what he said. Thanks to QuickTakes I'm able to understand the key concepts that my professor mentions during lecture. And the practice option is crazy helpful for studying for my exams. If you tend to get lost or need something repeated but are too shy to ask the professor, then download QuickTakes!! It will genuinely make school that much easier <3

Definitely the best
I can record anything, I use it for my college classes but I also use it for my cosmetic videos and it does just as well. I can record anything and it’ll give me a summary and even in depth or it just records the words. Would 100% recommend makes taking notes a lot easier
