I downloaded this app for free on the app store, only to discover that you get a free trial, and then you have to pay a subscription fee.
When I downloaded it, it didn’t say that there were any in app purchases.
However, the app is very good, and I can easilly use it.

Deceptive predatory software experience
I felt so ripped off. They have you sign up for a trial thats not good for more than 10 responses. Then if you pay for a basic account $20, it wont let you use the features you chose. They want an extra $80 to let you add an image? Are you joking me? Last, they "lock" the survey you spent time creating and ask you to upgrade. I buy lots of software for my work and this just felt so deceptive and predatory. I let them keep my $20, and closed my account. I couldn't even chat for an extra second with these creeps.

i downloaded this and i created an account and now my email is getting spammed by some Dylan Sanders i had to make it automatically remove it. This is ridiculous. Shame on you!!

Just upgraded to a paid plan after some time evaluating the solution. It is easy to use, quick to deploy and offers the insights we are after. Stephen A was great to deal with and held my hand the whole way - made it easy to get confidence to sign up to the annual plan!

Please notify people in your description that it is just a trial version that only allows for very limited responses. I would consider paying, if it would be accurately described in the description. Instead i wasted my time setting it up, and now giving you a negative review.

The company allows users to easily create a custom survey. It's so easy to sync with devices such as an iPad. I love it and can't wait to collect some leads.

We use this app to collect prospect information at conferences. It's great because it doesn't require an internet connection and all responses can be downloaded once we get back and connect to wifi.

There's no where that says create survey.
