Lame!
I just spent a half hour doing a survey and after I answered the LAST question a screen popped up and said I didn’t qualify for the survey! This is the 3rd time this has happened always on the $3.50 or more surveys…lame!!!
Cashed out, gift card never arrived
Finally earned a gift card, cashed out my account. Gift card never arrived. I have attempted to contact the developer through the app twice with no response. Save yourself the headaches of starting surveys that pay you nothing and go with a different rewards app. This one is a joke.
Glitchy!
When it works, is great, but most of the time I spend 20 minutes completing a survey, only to finish it and it tells me it wasn’t a good fit…
Unable to login or get support
I have been unable to sign in or contact support. As soon as I get a response, I’ll gladly change my rate because I loved this app.
Do not download app
No support and when u go to cash out or do a survey the app will keep crashing. Look at their Facebook page. Nothing but complaints

This app is terrible now
This app was great at first but now it doesn’t allow you to get credit once you reach the $10 gift card payout. It had me complete all those surveys to then reach the goal of $10 and verify my identity only to then lock me out saying I failed my identity check! You can’t get back into that account once they lock you out unfortunately.

Doesn't credit you
Used to be a good consistent app. Now I tried it again after a long time of not using it and the survey's mysteriously cut off precisely when they gave your demographics. Gave it a shot, but not making progress. Used to be more reliable
Gotten worse post recent update
I don’t know why but it’s been impossible getting any surveys recently, it has been nice sure but after I updated the app it’s been impossible getting surveys and if I do the surveys quit out at the very end and don’t reward me, this app is terrible. Also if you accidentally press anything that sends you anywhere else

Can’t set a password
I tried about 5x to set a password and it kept telling me that it was too easy to guess. I deleted the app because there’s obviously something wrong with the sign up process.
It works, but qualifying is the problem.
It works, I have cashed out $100 before but I hate when it says you qualify and you spend 27 mins on a survey just for it to say you don't qualify.
Scam - Please Do not Use
You will spend over a week doing surveys only to find out that their are no rewards.
For specifics, when you try redeem a card you will be forced to provide a scan of your face, your Personal ID and also your phone number. It is only after this your account will be terminated as you are no longer needed.
Please save your time and avoid this app, I wish that I had read the other reviews like this beforehand.

Scam and failure
This app is a complete scam and failure. Just look at it. It is very outdated. I gotta give it to them that you can make massive amounts of money. I spent probably around three to four hours and make ten dollars. That sounds good but when I went to access that money it said I needed to verify my account with an id ?? It wouldn’t accept my id. It then erased my account and money. Making it impossible for me to sign back in. Take this off the App Store!

App needs much better support
I have been unable to redeem any rewards since about May 24. I’ve contacted support more times than I can count. However, it can take several days for anyone to reply to my concern and when they do I get general suggestions for resolving the problem which none have yet worked. I’ve requested that my issue be elevated to their tech support team and to be contacted by them but haven’t made progress. I’m told “we are working on it,” which I feel might be a way of just pacifying me and I’m not confident anything is actually being done.(I’ve even requested support or the tech team redeem some rewards for me on their end and deduct the points from my account since there’s not a resolution, but they’re not even willing to do that for me.) No problem should go on 2 months+ in an app.

Waste of Time
I’ve been using this non-stop for days to try to get some extra Amazon money to get stuff for my dorm with my first semester of college coming up. When I finally got $10, I went to redeem it and went through the process to verify my identity. After this, it logged me out of my account and I was unable to log back in OR reset my password. I spent hours on this app getting just $10 even though it would kick me out of my quizzes and was a complete waste of my time. 10/10 DO NOT recommend

Bad reviews keep off
There support are the worst after verification they don’t pay and they would stop responding. It’s one of the greatest fraud in survey
Changing my review - It’s the best survey app
I was rash with my last review because I was really angry. Since then, I’ve cashed out $10 rewards at least 5 times, probably more. This app pays more - and more frequently - than any of the others. The only one that even comes close is Branded Surveys. If you spend a lot of time on a survey and it rips you off with an “error” or whatever, contact them with a *detailed* explanation of what happened. What was the survey about? How much was it for and how long was the estimated time? How long did you spend on it? They are willing to hear you out. More often than not, most surveys will disqualify you before you get in too deep, so you’re not entitled to a reward. BUT there are those occasional times where it blatantly rips you off. Those are the times to reach out. Answer the demographic questions honestly and consistently. Yes, you are going to get rejected more than accepted — but Quick Thoughts will give you ten cents just for trying for a few surveys a day. That adds up. Be patient, realize you WILL be rejected more often than not, understand that the demographic info you give over and over is necessary and common and you WILL NOT be compensated just for that, and DO NOT give personal info like address, phone number, etc. You are not going to break the bank with this, but you’ll get a bit of extra scratch.

They never payed me and erased my earnings and access to surveys after a month waiting for “72 hours” to be credited for my money. This app should not exist…
