Misleading Free Trial – Charged ₹699 Without Warning
I am extremely disappointed with Quick TV’s subscription process. I was offered a 7-day free trial, but instead of allowing me to use the full trial period, ₹699 was deducted from my account within just one day.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no prior notification or reminder before the payment was charged. It was clearly mentioned that I would be notified before any deduction, but that promise was not honored. This feels misleading and unfair.
A free trial should give users enough time to decide whether they want to continue with the service. Charging customers before the trial ends without any warning destroys trust and gives the impression that the company is trying to trap users into unwanted subscriptions.
I expect an immediate explanation and a full refund. Companies should be transparent, respect their own policies, and obtain clear consent before charging customers. This has been a very disappointing experience, and unless this issue is resolved promptly, I cannot recommend Quick TV to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Quick TV by MOHALLA TECH PVT LIMITED.
This app has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. The service failed to meet expectations, important features either didn’t work properly or were unreliable, and the overall user experience was disappointing.
What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of effective customer support. When issues arise, there appears to be no reliable way to get assistance or receive timely responses. Users are left to deal with problems on their own.

My mother have started the aap and unintentionally 699 ruppe deducted from account and even after she was not able to refund or access that account when she again logged in the account was showing free trial again and she was not able to access that account and money also deducted and when we ask for help help disk not working showing something went wrong it is totally a scam app dont use it zero service just a AI bot reply and i dont know how they listed in app store they are fraud you cant imagine there help desk not working

Very Disappointed: Lost my Savings as a Student
I'm very sad because my little younger brother subscribed the free trial of this app and I didn't know about that. After 2 days it deducted 699 rupees from my account which was from my savings. The fact is they didn't send any reminder or anything else. The amount was from my savings and I am a student. After mailing them for refunding my money, they replied it's not in our privacy policy and after subscription we cannot give money back to anyone. This is very unfair. App developers should be more careful about security and privacy, especially when it comes to children. I will suggest everyone to not use this app or boycott. My friends and family will never gonna use or even download this app ever. 👎

I activated a 7-day trial and cancelled within the trial period. Despite that, I was charged ₹699/month for three consecutive months after cancellation.

Scam/ Fraud
I subscribed on 2 March at approximately 11 PM under the clearly displayed “7 Days FREE Trial” offer. The interface also stated ₹699 autopay after 7 days. However, ₹699 was deducted on 4 March at 12:25 AM — within approximately 25 hours of subscribing. This contradicts the 7-day free trial representation shown at the time of subscription. I have attached screenshots of the trial offer and the payment timeline. I request a full refund due to misleading billing before the completion of the 7-day trial period.

This is a fraud and scamer app
Hii im fahad .I was scammed by this app. Without informing me, the app automatically deducted money from my account. Initially, it offers a 7-day free trial and asks to transfer 2 rupees which it returns to your account. However, later, whenever you have a balance of 699 or more in your bank account, it automatically deducts the amount without any notice. This happens every month without informing you. Please do not download this app.

Secondly, once I logged in it means that my account is created. However, to delete my account I will again need to submit an OTP and then again some other page opens which asks to log in again. That page looks very fishy.

Worst app - Data Breach
They are trying to lure you with soft porn and you won’t be able to delete your account from their app. There is no options for you to delete your account. They just refer you to the sharechat page where you have to sign in and “dead end”. No further options to delete your account. They are trying to show that they have vast number of users and will try to get more investors and later sell your data. Beware of this app.

Clearly hook full content that’s, app is full of glitch, 0 smoothness, Stupid Technical team who forget to give search bar in the application, while playing you see a lot glitches, app crash that means you are going more than enough time while switching epi + this application don’t memorise where you left the show so when you want to continue show you have to remember where you left.

Hlo QuickTv dear Sir/Madam . Very disappointing experience with Quick TV. The service was unreliable, channels kept buffering, and customer support was unresponsive. Definitely not worth the money. Subscription did not activate
I installed the app and purchased the 3-month quarterly plan using Apple subscription via PhonePe, but my subscription still hasn’t been activated. I tried multiple times, but it’s very frustrating. I would not recommend using this app—it feels like a trap. Even after trying to contact support, there was no proper way to reach them. I think I may have lost my money.
