Bummed. Left trying to recover files.
I have years of recordings on my phone and no support to recover files. Used to work well, not anymore. Company 404-unresponsive/unreachable.

I used to be able to transfer my revorfings to my pc at home. Not anymore. It is not worth using this app if you cannot transfer your files. I now need to find an app that will transfer my files to my pc
Worst App Ever… you will lose everything
In order to use the audio files I recorded on my computer the app required me to purchase it. So I did’
The second I paid for this app it deleted all of my recordings.
I paid twenty five thousand dollars for a few day event that is just dumped down the toilet. I couldn’t give these people a low enough review if I tried, and I can’t even say how much I hate your worthless software and company.
The value you just deleted was more than what I paid for the that course.

Ive used the free version for years now, its great, think its time to upgrade
Do Apple care if this App working or not ?
Apple get money to host this app on iPhones and don’t care if it’s not working and don’t sync with Apple ID account?!?? Frustrating -> our user is “chap leaver”?!?! Wake up Apple , alternative is out there …

Full of bugs. Purchased upgrade and simply does not work. Deleted and reinstalled trying to fix. No way to restore purchase. Submitted for refund. Great potential if all its problems are resolved. Link to ask for support does not work either.

App doesn’t work. Continue to get error messages when trying to record messages. Looked all over online for a fix and don’t see anything. App being used on iiPhone 15 Pro Max with most current iOS.
lost all of my recordings
No one from this company has responded to my inquiries/emails. I got a new phone because my old one (iPhone 13) died, won’t charge, power on, etc. All of my recordings were supposed to be synced/saved to my iCloud, but when I set up my new phone—absolutely none of my recordings are available within the app on my new iPhone 14. It’s as if I never recorded anything at all. It’s completely blank and empty.

Won’t let me upgrade. Holding my recording hostage
I recorded something important to share with my family, but it was longer than 5 minutes. The app said I have to upgrade in order to share it, but it won’t let me upgrade. So I can’t access my recording. I’ve used this app 1 million times. What the heck happened?
Minor Tweaks Needed
I love this app and use it often. However, there are a few challenges such as how files are listed and cannot be sorted. It makes it a challenge to find certain recordings. Also if a file is mistakenly deleted there has to be a fail-safe put in place to retrieve the file; especially since the app will sort the files in a random manner. Other than that, the app is easy to use and recommended.

All of my recordings are gone
Suddenly all of my recordings show 00:00. No clue why this happened. The support page for this app is non existent, I go to submit a ticket and it ends up on a strange third party site. At least 4 years worth of recordings gone!!!

No Trash Folder
Not only is there no trash folder, but it’s impossible to recover files accidentally deleted by swiping. Who’s brains behind this smart idea? They have no business developing apps. This is an issue that should have been fixed long ago

Lost all my voice recordings
I was super happy with this app, used it to record ideas, thoughts and reminders - while home, in the car, or commuting. Then I bought the icloud upgrade, to ensure I would never lose my recordings, the next day ALL my recordings were gone 😭
