I sold the car linked on my account. There is no way to cancel the subscription or even update payment options plus I haven’t been there using the wash. Shady business practice! Avoid!

Poor customer service
Did not properly explain at car wash that monthly charge is recurring. Only way to cancel is through app, can’t cancel by phone, in person or on website.
Best idea ever
I love that I can buy 5 lava washes and get a deal. $17 a piece would had been $85 but instead it’s $64. Plus you can even sign up for the monthly plan thru this app and keep track of what plan you have. Keep it up quicky. Open more locations
