Solid app with smooth experience
Smooth experience all along. HIN account for the trades is the main ace. and cash sits in my own macquarie cash account. Much safer than micro invest apps. Good on ya.
Good service for years with no issues
Happy with the investing service for many years now. The deposits, dividends, withdrawals experiences has been good.

Unusable app
Currently the app is so buggy it won’t even open on my phone.
Terrible customer service and slow to process
Several weeks have went past and I still haven’t been set up with a stockbroker. Do yourself a favour and use another investing app
