About

QuietLog is a gentle tinnitus diary. Check in once a day in under a minute, then let your own logs show you the better-day patterns. A quick daily check-in Rate loudness and distress on a calm 0 to 10 scale, add your mood and a rough sleep figure, note whether you used sound relief, and tap the overlays the day held: caffeine, poor sleep, high stress, loud noise, alcohol, salty food, dehydration, late screens. Good-day pattern insights QuietLog compares your days with an overlay against your days without it, and only reports a pattern once there are five or more days on each side. No thin-data guesses, just honest cards about which overlays your louder and quieter days travel with. Weekly trend, at a glance See your loudness and distress averages by week on a clean chart, plus every overlay ranked by how much louder or quieter your days ran with it. A coping and masking toolkit A built-in library of sound relief, relaxation, attention, and daily-habit techniques, ready to browse. Save your own versions into a personal notes library that grows with you. A summary for your next appointment Create a clean PDF with your period overview, loudness by week, overlay patterns, and a day-by-day log, plus a CSV. Bring it to an audiologist or doctor. Private and synced Your diary lives on your device and in your private iCloud, and syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. No account, no ads, no tracking, and QuietLog never listens or records audio. Informational only QuietLog is a self-report diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat tinnitus or any condition. New, sudden, one-sided, or pulsing tinnitus is worth a professional visit; the diary is here to help that conversation. Free and Pro Free: keep up to 30 daily check-ins, the full check-in with overlays, your history, and the coping toolkit. Pro: unlimited history, the good-day pattern insights and overlay ranking, the weekly trend, and the doctor visit summary PDF and CSV. QuietLog Pro is available as a monthly ($3.99 USD) or yearly ($24.99 USD) subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock ($59.99 USD). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
