Worst app and waste of money
Their premium ads have no visibility. Even after buying premium ads you won’t have ability to make changes to price or any details neither from this app nor their site.

It’s the worst commercial app ever. I paid 1400/- for premium ad, still I never got any response to my ad. Also never then after I got any calls from customer service. Worstest app ever. Also app consists of too many frauds.

Fraud in India - Neurosurgeons review
I tried to use this app to get some decent used goods for my medical practice, but it’s just IMPOSSIBLE to tell a fraud on this app/website from a genuine seller. There is no attempt to filter out fraudsters and the customer service is also abysmally DAMAGED.
Please take a neurosurgeon’s sincere advice and avoid this service altogether. I’m also not gonna say that it’s rival OLX is any better. This kind of trade is perhaps just not compatible with the high frequency of fraud in the Indian
used-goods market. Not with the no-care attitude of portals such as quikr and olx - if you lose ur money, it’s your problem; they’re not gonna do anything to prevent it.

Horrible service
I ordered a quickr assured furniture through credit card. Payment went away and absolutely no response on the order, 48 hours past, no response to my query. No wonder they don’t survive against competition. I wanted to buy a few more products but I already have had enough with one order.
Still now I didn’t get my refund waited for too long
I have ordered an ipad and my order has been cancelled by quikr but they received my money and still now I didn’t get my refund money (14,908 rs)
They are responding my phone calls and messages

Never use quikr. Worst app made to just rob money from you and once payment us done never call you. U will get multiple calls from Quikr to pay them extra amount but no effot watsoever to help u selling. Use OLX. Never use quikr.

Poor Response
Have started using it about a week back, 2 advt. for sell, no response at all. If even after agreeing to pay facilitation fee, when we don’t get any response, means lots of people are not patronizing this site. Quicker needs to attract more viewers. Also reduce fees considerably so that individual sellers can sell used goods at cheaper price. If we have to pay fees it’s get added to final pricing. Just a suggestion.

Poor Messaging Interface
Chat section is full of mess. All the different buyer names comes as a unique name. Difficult to communicate on the chatting of Quikr.
Crashes a lot!
I've been using the App for about 3 weeks now, started off great, easy to use, pretty good functionality. But recently it crashes in the oddest places. They send you emails on items you've searched earlier that are available again, click on link, App opens, then crashes.
Try searching for specific types of items and it crashes again.
Open a category of items from their menu, bam, it crashes!!!
Tough to buy anything if all the App does is crash!
Needs an upgrade and debug QUICK QUIKR!

Great app!
User friendly - nice app. Must also enable the option to upload a video of the property for people to have a better look.
