I need refund

I was charge for a subscription by mistake it said 3.33 would be paid and they took 39.96 of my bank card an I need my money back

Misleading Pricing and Refund Refused

I signed up because the plan was advertised at around $8 per month. I did not realize that I would immediately be charged about $99 for an entire year. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the renewal and contacted support requesting a refund. Support confirmed the annual charge but refused to refund it and kept referring to their refund policy. I have no intention of using the service for a year and contacted them immediately. The annual upfront charge should be made much clearer before payment, and customers should have a reasonable opportunity to request a refund after an accidental subscription. Very disappointing experience.
