Can’t open any mags I bought.
Don’t purchase any back issues, you can’t access them after purchase!
Crash, crash, crash
Can't read it, can't download it. The app is terrible. And I had to call customer service to be able to access my subscription on the computer. If you want to read this magazine, buy it in print. Don't waste your money on the electronic versions.
What a bad app.
It says in-app purchase it is locked unless ups have a long in. Which is silly since you have to go to their website and sign up. So difficult to buy a single issue All I get is a preview button but no button to buy the issue.
Terrible app
This app crashes constantly; there are numerous negative reviews on the web that provide specific detail on how unusable this app is. It's very hard to believe that there aren't sufficient reviews here in the App Store to rate it. Google it and you will see the problems. Sadly this great magazine just isn't available reliably on your iPad.

App keeps freezing, can't access past purchases
I was unable to down load any new magazines. Every time I try the app would just freeze. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but now I have no access to any magazine not even my old ones. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!

Program still broken
I have been unable to download latest magazine. Deleted app and reinstalled thinking may fix, now all purchased magazines are not available. Shouldn't take this long to fix problem.
Quilters Newsletter
This is the second time I have had to delete the app from the Newstand as when I try to download the new issue, it freezes and won't then even let me go to my library. Now when I try to restore it still freezes and I can't even restore my purchased issues. Not happy.

Magazines will not load
The magazine was fine before the latest update. Now, nothing will load and trying to contact someone is impossible. If the magazine won't load, how do they expect me to come up with a URL number???

This magazine will not load. You cannot get help from the app developer. Save your money and buy quilters newsletter by mail.

Works well most of the time. Have not addressed issues where pages are unreadable over 3 issues.
Don't buy the magazine through iTunes
There are three ways to get Quilters Magazine. Traditional print edition, Digital Edition, and iPad. Plus, if you wait long enough, they put out an annual compilation CD. If you subscribe to the print version, the digital edition comes with it. You have a userid/password with Quilters Magazine that can be used to bring up the digital edition through the the web browser or also through your iPad. However, if you buy the magazine through iTunes, you can't download it into a web browser, you can only read it through the iPad. THIS IS IMPORTANT. The digital edition has the ability to print out pages, a very useful thing, if you want to make one of the quilts. Also in the digital edition are buttons on some of the patterns to get a PDF file of a full size pattern. The iPad has those same PDF buttons, but there's no way to print any of the other pages. So you get less if you buy it through iTunes and you pay just as much. Boo, hiss... The application itself is OK, except for not printing.

Love the magazine, hate the app
I purchased a subscription three issues back, but haven't yet been able to read a single one. Keeps asking me to sign in with an email address and password... the one for my Apple ID is not what it wants. "App Support" takes me to a web page with lots of ads touting New Track Media as the beat solution for print publisher wanting to go digital... Not!
