I’m looking for work and I sent my application to a bunch of places so when this place called me I was interested and decided to apply. Afterwards I noticed that I never sent my application to them; how did they get my number? They only work with 2 ‘facilities’. Every time you accept a shift it, it is rejected. They have all my information, no reviews online, and was trying to get me out of work.

NOT A GOOD AGENCY
First off they lack communication and it’s hard to get in touch with someone. Second, I barely pick up with them anymore because they only have 2 facilities which are HEAVY even for a NURSE and hour drive. Third, if you apply for a shift and they approve you at the last minute but you can’t go because you already accepted another shift at another agency they will lower your reliability score & suspend you. They don’t give us Nurses or CNAS freedom over our schedule. They just let facilities add you to the schedule without you confirming if your still able to work that shift. If I applied to a shift and they accept it a day after or at the last minute it shouldn’t be counted because if your a agency nurse or CNA it’s more than likely you have more than 1 agency to work through and get money. They need to update their system so it can work for healthcare workers and facilities. I hate companies who are all about the facilities and not the workers. We the workers make these companies and they fail to realize that. Without us they would not be getting paid.

They pay very very low. This company all USA pay rate is to tooo low. They forget is 2024 job have start up $20h.

STOP PUTTING UP SHIFTS ON THE WEEKEND IF YOU CANNOT APPROVE THEM ON THE WEEKEND. Driving an hour away from my home to not get paid until 72 hours later is insane. The last shift I just worked is the final time I will be picking up shifts on the weekend. These facilities are screwing their help over and taking advantage of them.

Never any shifts Steals your money by falsifying lunch breaks
Definitely a waste of my space availability on my phone d/t never having any shifts available! The one facility owed by Majestic (which explains a lot), I had worked at a facility for over a year through mainly ShiftKey, but Majestic requested that I sign up with this stupid & unreliable app, so I did. I worked a few months using this app & had literally booked an entire month a couple of days before & one morning I woke up to get ready to head to work & received a notification that I had been DNR’d by a facility that I had never heard about nor had I ever been to that facility. I assumed it was an hour, but reached out to Quinable which was either a chat or email.. don’t remember for sure & was informed that had been DNR’d & Quinable wouldn’t give me any reason & I honestly to this day have no clue what the reasoning behind it was. Recently I started receiving requests from this same facility asking if I could work &I didn’t respond to the first several messages & one day I decided to respond & asked the lady why I was DNR’d and she knew me & didn’t have any idea either. I went ahead and downloaded the app again & still can’t any shifts. Apparently, this facility makes it so you can’t work at any of the other facilities, which is completely childish especially when no one can give me an answer. I’m not sure how Quinable stays in business when they don’t seem to have any contracts set up with any other companies. The only reason I haven’t deleted it yet is for tax purposes next year m. If they still don’t have any facilities by then, I will delete it and be done. They also will doc you a whole hour for a lunch break that most nurses can’t even take. I’m not sure if the federal labor law will enforce labor laws since we’re not employees, but independent contractors. I have a current facility that I went on staff recently & discovered that they were taking an hour out, but I’m the only nurse in the building. I already warned them so I’m preparing my documents to provide evidence when I file the complaint & figure I will add Quinable to another complaint and see if maybe that will get their attention.

Faulty App
I guess it works for some and others it doesn’t. The app just will not go past the phone verification for me. Not even if I use a different number.

I have trouble with this app every since I signed up problems with clocking in and out to get paid on time really is frustrating

I punched in and out for lunch and only took 30 minutes but the app said that I took 1hr !

This app has no shifts available for cna. Waste of time signing up.
Won’t get paid
You will work shifts that you won’t get paid for and have to harass to get a response back about your pay. There’s much better agencies out there just don’t do it unless you want to work for free

Fix it
They play with your money too much. If I picked the option to get paid immediately after my shift then that’s what it should be. I shouldn’t have to wait for the facility to approve anything because 10/10 if I clocked in, I was really there and the app has a gps that knows if you were on the premises or not PLUS THE FACILITY ALREADY PICKED MY BID THAT IS ENOUGH APPROVAL RIGHT THERE. I be having to beg for my money for two days cause they inconsiderate and then places be an hour away. That’s gas. So that definitely needs to change. Quinable need to start calling the faculty’s right after your shift for verification. I ain’t pick this job to get paid two days later or a week later. Literally. On top of that some don’t even have the decency to feed their staff or at least offer us a meal. Pulling doubles but you can’t approve my time so I CAN eat? But you want me to make sure these patients eat lol yeah ok. Wont have no happy, good running facility if you not there for the caregivers, the ones doing all the work.

It’s not the same anymore
In the beginning when the pandemic started I used to be able to pick up a lot of CNA positions. Now I find myself waiting on days ends to get my shift approved most of the time it never does. So I just gave up with this up I had my fair share with it.
Getting paid
If it’s a hassle to get paid properly and on time with this company. It’s tedious but just keep track of your hours, keep track of how much you were supposed to get paid and keep the appropriate contact information of the actual company you worked for through Quinable. If needed always ask if the workplace can write you a personal check if that doesn’t work contact the department of commerce of what state and city you worked in and write in or call in a complaint for non-payment for the hours you worked, submit all of your proof. Also, report to the IRS and you can submit form 3949-A deeming your “employer” has failed to provide and report your wages accurately or even at all. This should get them to move their a**** to get you paid!

Can’t Get In
Hello I downloaded this app and once I opened it it will not allow me to create user I.D because it’s just stuck at “ Choose Industry “ with nothing to choose from or no where to type. What should I do?
Shifts
It takes forever to get approved for a shift, then when you are approved your are notified last minute. I can apply for a shift a month in advance and still no results. Haven’t got a shift in months. App needs some more improvements. I use to like the app now it’s just a waste.
App still needs some work
App only has 1x select location and only for 1x job position, doesn’t have any openings for Medication aides ever. Only has work shifts in far to reach destinations and only lists the same company. App has a lot of work to do and NEEDS MORE VARIETY
