Member to Member Transfer
I miss having the ability to transfer money to another member via the app.
Bring it back
The mobile account to account transfer made it so simple for me, friends and family. Figure out a way to bring it back, have each party in person sign permission or something. We are currently shopping for another bank that allows it, hope we don’t find one!!

Broken/unusable
This app is completely broken as of December 2023. Impossible to login or see any of my account info. There’s not a single link in the entire app that points to any of my personalized info and I’ve been a member for over a decade. Not very reassuring for a financial institution.
New update got rid of the quick balance/widget feature?
The QCU widget is now gone after the new update and I am not sure how to fix this.

Money Management
The Money Management section is very poor. I’ve had the same connection problem for 6 months and the technical wizards can’t seem to fix it. You should look for another vendor
Stuck in the past
Everything about QCU is antiquated. They don’t send bills (is that even legal?) so you have to guess when your payments are due. I created an account, which they acknowledge, but they can’t find it. Hire an IT team? I don’t know what to tell you. Find another bank is my best advice
