No longer working

Used to be fine; the app now does not load at all on my new iPad.
Tried deleting the app and then reinstalling but no joy. This app is just broken now

Coastal Heritage Bank is very easy to work with. The branch manager in Kingston is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well as all the tellers and staff. A real pleasure to work with.
