Easy to work with
Coastal Heritage Bank is very easy to work with. The branch manager in Kingston is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well as all the tellers and staff. A real pleasure to work with.

This app always stalls or freezes or is under maintenance when needed the most!

Security questions
It is an inconvenience to have to enter your security question answers often. This should only have to be a one time thing when I am on the app weekly
Easiest banking app ever!
I have 3 different banking apps that I use. Coastal Heritage Bank is by far the best one! So easy to understand and move through different accounts. I highly recommend this bank and it’s app.
Deleted & Redownloaded
I use on my iPad. For past two weeks app would not open. Finally deleted and redownloaded and it works. There seemed to be a glitch with fingerprint so I have opted not to continue with that function. Might I suggest the Coastal Heritage staff email customers when known problems are discovered? Happy Holidays!
