Plataforma quase perfeita

FAQ

What does QuintoAndar do?

QuintoAndar is a digital platform designed to simplify the process of renting and buying properties. It leverages technology, including Artificial Intelligence, to help users find houses and apartments with greater convenience and efficiency.

How does the AI-powered search work?

The AI-powered search allows users to describe their ideal home in writing or by voice, such as 'apartment with hardwood floors and natural lighting.' The AI analyzes these preferences, considering image details like flooring type and design style, to find matching properties.

What are the benefits of renting with QuintoAndar?

When renting, users do not need a guarantor, security deposit, or rental insurance. The entire process is digital, transparent, and simplified, from property selection to contract signing, with support from a specialized team.

Can I buy property through QuintoAndar?

Yes, QuintoAndar also offers a simplified experience for property buyers. Consultants assist with finding properties, negotiating with owners, and handling bureaucratic aspects like document review.

Is there a cost to use QuintoAndar?

The app itself is free to use for searching and browsing properties. While the description doesn't detail specific purchase or rental fees, it implies a simplified process for transactions which may involve associated costs.
