can’t even make an account
This is the most infuriating app. It’s so incompetent and the engineers and product managers should choose an easier career because this was poorly designed and has made getting clean washed socks an impossible app. I cannot make an account and I’ve read that a Brazilian bank account is needed from the reviews? Ridiculous

O app é extremamente ruim, não funciona, não tem suporte e fica dando mensagem de erro sem nenhuma explicação. Não consegui utilizar a lavanderia.

The app didn’t accept any of my 3 foreign credit cards, so if you don’t have Pix, forget about it. Customer service was no help.
