Já havia usado o serviço há 3 anos atrás e era muito bom. Voltei e tentei usar novamente e não tem jeito de conseguir lavar minha roupa. Frustrante demais 🤦♀️

Horrible app that never works. Weird geo blocking so that if you are in Brazil for instance on a USA IP address nothing works. Wish I could give this 0 stars
Terrible App
This app needs some serious updates. It took 2 days to get it working in our hotel building, even then no soap was dispensed from the washer, even after choosing that option. Once it allows you to input the code of the washroom it works okay but it is a terrible app.
Only for Brazilians
Tried to create app doesn’t accept any foreign mobile numbers. Used my friends CPF but even with a foreign mobile it didn’t let me sign up
Doesn't work
This app for nothing! When you rent apartment for stay few days this app doesn't help, this app brings only problem for you!
WORST EVER
I travel full time for 7 years this is by far that absolute WORST laundry service set up I have ever seen.
Only for Brazilians
Staying in an apt for Airbnb and trying to register do our laundry and the app only accepts Brazilian registrations. Totally hopeless!
App nunca mais funcionou
Parece que o aplicativo nunca mais voltar a funcionar na vida. Só fica redirecionando pro site e é ruim manusear pelo site. A OMO não parece estar se preocupando em resolver esse problema, porque já perdura há meses. Infelizmente eu tenho que continuar usando o serviço, já que meu condomínio tem parceria com a empresa, mas acho um tremendo descaso com o consumidor essa demora em arrumar o aplicativo.

This app/machines is everywhere! One cannot escape if you stay in lit apts in Brazil.
Bad: they ask for your info including passport etc. For what reason??
If you go to another place the nightmare continues.

Horrible
The worst company I have ever come across. They seem to have a monopoly on the laundry system in São Paulo and the app is absolute trash. They accept nothing but Brazilian bank payments so just forget about it if you are a foreigner. However, Brazilians also complain about how awful this company is. What a disgrace. My airbnb host said they had a breach of contract so that is why. Makes no sense. This company and app is total garbage

App terrível, inacreditável o quanto é difícil fazer um cadastro. Nada da certo. Na verdade um dos piores apps que já usei. E ainda bem na hora que se está na lavadora.

Cheio de problemas, e atendimento é péssimo de demorado. Desisti de usar, e espero que aqui no prédio façam logo a troca por outra lavanderia!

Terribly designed app. Also, takes you through whole registration process before refusing all non-Brazilian cards. Even than, just refuses the card versus giving any kind of explanation. Total trash.
