Timer doesn’t record seconds.
If I add seconds on the timer, they are not recorded.

App is completely broken
App completely useless. Was working just fine and now unexpectedly lost my profile, cannot find brush, and now after deleting and re installing app, will not all me to sign in.
August 4Th first brush
There is always technical glitches with the website application. It doesn’t completely sync with the brush and it doesn’t load today. It has not loaded and there are glitches in the software quite often.

I love this app & have found it to be beneficial to my oral care. The only issue I have is that I don't always brush & floss & then record it in the app before midnight. When I don't? My streak is broken & I lose my momentum! It makes it hard to keep coming back to record it! I have another app that basically restarts at 6 am, thus letting me record the previous days progress. Hoping in a future update to be able to update after midnight!

Terrible company over overall devices and app is horrendous
I’ve given quip four years and bought every toothbrush in their lineup—from the cheapest to the most expensive—trying to stay loyal and hoping it would finally work.
It never did.
The entire point of this product is syncing and tracking, and it fails at both. Bluetooth is unreliable. Apple Health integration barely works. Devices constantly fail to sync. I’ve factory reset more toothbrushes than I can count, submitted multiple support tickets, and never received a real fix.
At this point, it’s not a bug—it’s the product.
I’m done. Switching to Philips today.
If you’re buying this for tracking, don’t. This is one of the most unreliable app + hardware ecosystems I’ve ever used.

Great app
Good for noting when you brush your teeth. I just wish we could add multiple brushes. I have an electric toothbrush and a manual toothbrush. It would be nice to choose which one I use on the app!

Can’t add activity after the day ends
Would love this app if I could retroactively add my activities, but it doesn’t allow you to add what you’ve done after. Even if I don’t get points, which I don’t even care about, I just wanted a way to track my brushing habits accurately. Deleting and switching to another habit tracking app.

It doesn’t even work. I can’t even Bluetooth it. It doesn’t want to load up the app. I tried to put the code it doesn’t keep on saying this doesn’t wanna work. Hate it fix the app.
app deleted my streak?
my streak was supposed to be 300 days today. i got up to brush my teeth and now the app says i have 0 days, even though my brush activity shows different. restarting the app and my phone did nothing.
App doesn’t update
This app doesn’t do a single thing it says it does. I have all my brushes logged in my app for the last week and a half. It shows that in my brushing history too. It somehow reset my streak to one this morning which is wild work. I’m just going to go back to logging it in apples health app since the app is clearly having issues doing what it says that it’s supposed to do.
