This app was a total waste of money. Don’t waste your time. It’s broken and doesn’t reset each day. If I knew how to get my money back I would.

Been a smoker 20 + years
I’m European and grew up smoking as part of our culture. I’ve tried to quit 6-7 times to no avail. I’m now using the MyQuitNow and I’ve been smoke free 7 days. Love the guidance, and the fact that the developers are scientists and medical professionals. Great find!
