I chose the 1 year option and paid the money without even knowing what the app had to offer. Because I was so sick of my addiction, any price was nothing if it meant I could be free from porn. It’s only been a week and I see why it costs so much. Trust me it is justified. They have short informational readings every day that; look into the science behind addiction in general and porn addiction, exercises that help you stay intentional about quitting every day, and solid general information and/or encouragement to help you quit. They also have an option to chat with specialists anytime (although it may just be AI, it’s still helpful). I haven’t been using the all that long but I haven’t looked at porn, masturbated, or anything close to either of those things since using this app. I think the daily readings are really what make the difference here. I have tried a multitude of ways to quit but none have worked this well.
