How the app helped me stop smoking
Quitcy helped me with the customized exercises for managing cravings. For me this was always the scary part - what if i dont smoke for a few days, then i get angry or have some stressful situation and crave a cigarette very bad, what do i do then?? Now, with this app i have with me a way to keep myself busy, calm myself and not smoke that 1 cigarette that will make all this work pointless.
