Used to really help now just ads
There used to be a “I’m feeling down” and “I’m having cravings” button which really helped. Now just shoves ads down my throat whenever I accidentally touch somewhere else. Keeps asking me for an upgrade. Basically a glorified timer

The stats it shows does help and is very encouraging. It’s been 5 years and 1 month since I’ve had a cigarette. And I don’t have it in me to delete the app, because I still check on it whenever I’m super stressed. My only complaint is that I wish it would show more of your stats and achievements without having to pay for it. But I get why, they gotta make money somehow. Regardless, I strongly recommend this app.

Paguei por todos os recursos e o app não libera ainda fica mostrando propaganda e mandando eu fazer upgrade
My quest to quit
This will be my third attempt to quit smoking I have quit before with this app for about 3 yrs... I fell off the again this year for about 2-3 months and had to quit again and knew I could only do it with this app showing me my progress and why I'm doing it!! Thank you QuitNow for helping me again on my journey to quit smoking. I'm currently on day 22 and not looking back.

The Android version is way better. The iOS version acts strange and looks bad.
Update: the layout is still kind of weird, but at least you should add more achievements. After you hit all 82 what is the point of the app? I think improvements from quitting smoking continue until 15 years. Why not add more?

Verify email
I love the app and even bought the Pro version but can’t use it as it keeps asking me to verify my email but you have not sent me an email. There is not a contact feature on the app so I’m unsure how to progress this to get it resolved.

Depois de muitas tentativas, parei em uma bela sexta-feira, baixei o app de bobeira, nem criei a conta e agora estou a 42 dias sem fumar. Estou usando o app pra usar o dinheiro do cigarro para comprar coisas pra mim que eu quero “só por querer” e tá dando super certo na motivação. Obrigado por não exigirem seque uma conta pessoal, mandaram bem demais no propósito.

Лучше конечно иметь возможность самому настраивать вид главного экрана приложения, но хотя бы возможность убрать сообщество. Они мешают, пишут что срываются, это меня демотивирует очень сильно. GAME CHANGER!
I tried quitting many, many times as have many people. I am a competitive person when it comes to activities but also competitive with myself to thrive and rise above plateaus for myself. Nothing I tried worked. I tried the vaping and that was just almost more addictive and just as bad for you even though people think it’s safe. I didn’t want to put any more of the toxins into my body so I really wanted to quit cold turkey and I was not successful and I heard about this app and it changed my life. Being able to check in every day or every hour or every minute if I had to to look at my progress helped keep me motivated to keep moving forward. I still have moments where I just want to go to the store and get cigarettes but it passes pretty fast and I’m almost at two years and I definitely know I will never smoke again even. I also know that being a lifelong smoker I will probably crave it throughout my whole life but all I need to do is look at this app to see my progress.
