About
What's New in Quittin' Time
1.2.0
September 5, 2026
Quittin' Time now travels with you — and can automatically back up your history along the way. • Apple Watch app (Pro) — a redesigned glance and complications tell you at a glance how the day is going, with Snooze and Stop right there when you need them. • iCloud Sync (Pro) — turn on optional sync to keep your work history current across your devices. Uses your own iCloud, no accounts to create, off by default. • iCloud Backup and Restore (free) — save a point-in-time backup of your history to iCloud and restore it whenever you need to, manually or automatically. Free for everyone. • Ask Siri or use Shortcuts — "Am I done?", time worked today, time left, quittin' time, or log a break, hands-free. • Redesigned onboarding and Settings — a clearer setup flow, and Settings reorganized into simple sections with dedicated Sync and Backup screens. • Adjustable break logging — log a break right from the reminder, with an allowance you control. • A quieter lunch reminder — the midday nudge now skips itself if you've already taken a break. • Reliability — a rare background crash is fixed, and dozens of smaller fixes to syncing, the watch, and timekeeping make the app steadier day to day. Private by design — your data stays on your device, and your own iCloud for backup (on by default, yours to turn off) or sync if you turn it on. One-time Pro unlock, never a subscription.
