Finally something different
Am so tired of all the other apps being essentially the exact same thing. Firstly the matchmaking concept seems pretty fun. Can’t wait until there’s more users, it’s addicting and I know I’ll be swiping all day. Also as a dater it seems you just create your profile and wait. As a guy it’s really draining to be swiping hundreds of times on other apps and feel I’m not good enough when they don’t swipe back. Being able to just forget it until I’m given matches is really refreshing as a dater. I’ve only gotten one match so far and gives me a “% upvoted stat” when I’m swiping on it. It kinda gives me a sense of confidence and incentive to give the person a shot knowing a bunch of others thought we’d be a good match.

Now I can make matches for my friends .
As someone who’s married I’ve always had fun trying to set up dates for my friends. It seems pretty fun so far though there’s still not that many users in my city. Now I can really be a part of the dating process instead of gossiping about my single friends! I hope they add some more fields to profiles though, like horoscopes.

Feels less demeaning than other apps
1) I really like the feel of the app. It runs smoothly and is pretty different from other dating apps. It’s also nice that the profiles come fully featured with Q&A, dealbreakers, and a lot of other info on pother apps.
2) It feels like matchmakers will really be incentivized to pick deeper matches for people than they would just swiping by themselves and look closely at comparability. I already feel the urge to rank on the leaderboard and it’s making me look closely at every couple I swipe on and not just base it on attractiveness
