QuixBus

QuixBus shows you where the buses actually are. Open the app and the buses around you appear on the map, moving in real time, each one in its operator's own colours. No more standing at a stop wondering whether yours has already gone. WHAT YOU CAN DO Watch live buses on the map, updating every few seconds. Search any UK bus route or stop by name or number. Save the services you use most. The Saved tab shows how many of each are running right now and how far away the nearest one is. Find the stops around you, closest first. BUILT ON OFFICIAL OPEN DATA QuixBus uses the Bus Open Data Service, the UK government's official feed of bus locations and routes, covering operators across England, Scotland and Wales. If a bus is missing, it is usually because the operator has not published it there. AN ACCOUNT IS OPTIONAL The map, search and nearby stops all work without signing in. An account only exists so your saved services follow you between devices. You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address. YOUR DATA Your location is used to show you nearby buses and stops, and to centre the map. It is not sold or shared. You can export everything the app holds about you, or delete your account outright, from the Profile tab. No email required, no waiting.
