The app keeps making me re-subscribe to it which makes no sense even when I already have a subscription

Don’t pay for a year subscription because if you were to get a new phone, you will not have access to that subscription still active. I tried restoring the subscription, it just loads and never do anything. I tried emailing them, I never got a response. It’s be to pay weekly or monthly to make sure you don’t lose any money by getting locked out your subscription.

Since I can’t get in contact with ANYONE, I’m leaving a bad review.
I cancelled this subscription TWO months ago, STILL GETTING CHARGED EVERY WEEK!!!! Unreal!!!!! Really don’t want to have to change my card numbers again. This is unbelievable!

Multiple charge scam
This app will has you update and re pay the subscription everyday so that they can keep charging your card multiple times. It’s insane. I’m convinced it’s a way of scamming and getting multiple charges out of people

Essentially worthless if you need help with anything more than basic algebra.

I upgraded my phone and now can’t use Quiz AI, no support to help me get it back. I am paid up until January 2027.

I pay $6.99/week
I pay $6.99 per week just for every time I try to use the app it logs me out and won’t let me back in. I constant have to delete the app and redownload it just to get help. I have never paid so much to use an app, you would think it would work. When it does help it is very helpful in breaking down the problem so I am able to understand it but at this point I wish I could just get my money back and figure it out myself.

I since I purchased the app I had no issue. However, after paying $49.99 in September they are not letting me continue to use it they want me to either use to an additional $6.99 service or pay again!!! $49.99 when o already have it! And I have until September to renew the app again so what am I supposed to do pay again for a yearly subscription 5 months after buying it!

Glitching
The app will not complete more than 2 questions for me before I keeps asking me to renew my subscription which I already did. I have to delete and re download the app after every 3 questions which is extremely inconvenient.
Can’t cancel
They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. There’s no way and even if you send 3 emails you get some AI generated response and still can’t cancel
I cannot stop the membership
I got it but I want to cancel and I cannot they say go to subscription on apple account it won’t be there they found a way you will never stop paying and I can’t stop them from charging my d account a mistake

Great app! Shows you how it gets to the answer other than just giving you the answer. Sometimes need to retake the picture to get the correct answer
