Best

This is the best flash card app I have ever used

I have changed my review to fit the current state of the app

This app used to be good, don’t get me wrong. But they recently changed a bunch of things. They made the “Premium” Mode into a subscription instead of a one-time purchase, they got rid of the gaming profile, which was a big part of the app for me, and they started locking free features behind the subscription, which have also become more and more expensive. As well as this, support was not forthcoming and still hasn’t responded to this day months later, so if you have a problem, they don’t have an answer. I hate to say this, but this was a five-star app that has recently been demoted all the way to one-star.

Hello. Can you send us an email from settings of the app? We had issues with mail previously and missed a lot of them but this is fixed now. Also, we are working on a totally new gamed experience, the previous one was removed because not great enough. We also plan a bunch of new things like communities and AI to make creating flashcards quicker.

Easy to use, good support

I’ve spent months creating cards in this app and am very happy with it. Lots of applications outside of math.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad you love the app!

No longer opens, no support

I spent over a month creating cards in this app and was very happy with it. But for the last two weeks the app will not open. I get the logo image then it closes. I’ve emailed the creator twice about this and no response.

Response from developer

Hello, I'm sorry for that. I responded to your email on July, 10th, can you please check your spam folder so that we can continue talking and find a solution together?

Fantastic App!

This app is fantastic for what it does. Very simple and easy to use interface, the most robust LaTeX rendering of all flash card apps I’ve tried, and killer when used in combination with chatGPT.

For studying math concepts, like certain theorems and definitions, I can screenshot text from an ebook into ChatGPT to generate LaTeX code, then put that code wholesale into this app to generate a flashcard with minimal intervention for formatting. The synergy is incredible.

Still need to figure out how to back up the cards to the cloud to avoid accidental deletions but my experience with this app has been great. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.

Thank you for your feedback! We might include some AI features later this year directly in the app to help you create cards quicker.

Great App for all types of studying!

This is an amazing app! I love the level and experience aspect as it keeps me wanting to create and learn card sets. While there is LaTeX input where you can type your own formulas, I also love the fact that, instead of the entire text field being LaTeX, you input math using the $$ * $$ sign. If you don’t want to input math, just don’t use the sign. This means that the app is able to be used for ANY type of studying, whether you’re studying math, science, history, word definitions, or anything else. You can also package your sets in a fun QR code so that if anyone else has the app, they can download your sets as well! If there’s something I’d suggest, it would be to add support to have LaTeX on the front side of the card as well, as for now it’s only allowed on the back, and sometimes I want to put problems on the front and answers on the back. As well as this, I’d definitely like to see cloud support, so I never lose my sets or level progress. Overall, this is a great all-purpose app, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a fun way to reimagine flashcards!
