QuizCity: Instructing Exercise and Fitness Level 2

City & Guilds, the UK’s leading vocational awarding organisation has developed QuizCity – our second mobile app designed to support City & Guilds’ qualifications. QuizCity is a fun and easy-to-use tool for City & Guilds’ Retail learners, enabling you to supplement classroom learning with your Smartphone. The quiz app allows you to: Choose a unit and answer a series of questions to test your knowledge; check your answers and learn from any mistakes you have made; view your previous results and try to beat your best score. The application has been designed to support learners studying the Level 2 Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness, supporting the following units: Unit 201 – Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise Unit 202 – Promote health, safety and welfare in active leisure and recreation Unit 203 – Principles of exercise, fitness and health Unit 204 – Work with clients to help them adhere to exercise and physical activity Unit 205 – Reflect on and develop own practice in providing exercise and physical activity Unit 208 – Plan and prepare group exercise to music Unit 209 – Instruct group exercise to music
