I’ve been emailing regarding them scamming me. I cancelled my membership 3 months ago and have gotten charged $75 for the 3 months.

Not helpful at all whatsoever. I canceled my trial and they still charged me anyway. I emailed customer support and they were rude and unhelpful and when I checked, it showed the subscription was still active even though I canceled it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Why so buggy?
I’ve been using the app for a week now, but my quizzes are not loading. Everything else works fine, including the flash cards, but my quizzes will never load. Quizzes are what I use best to study, so the fact it isn’t working is really frustrating. The desktop version i had more luck on, however, it gets buggy when I try to modify tests, such as change the type of questions. Very disappointed and I wish I can get my $25 back.
