Cancel my subscription I never signed up for.

Thank you for your feedback. Our app is designed with the utmost transparency in mind, and our subscription model is not intended to deceive our users. When signing up for the yearly package with a free trial, it's specified on the payment screen that the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. If you wish to cancel your subscription, here are the steps to follow on your iPhone: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen. 3. Tap on "Subscriptions." 4. Here, you will see all your active subscriptions. Find and tap on our app. 5. Choose "Cancel Subscription." Please note that Apple handles all the transactions and refunds for apps in the App Store, so you would need to reach out to Apple Support directly for refund requests.

Hello Davey_S, Thank you for your feedback! We see that there might have been a misunderstanding with our initial "Remove Ads" offer. This offer is intended to eliminate in-app ads but does not include access to premium content, which is part of our separate subscription package. The 'Restore' function is operating as intended and is there to restore purchases you've made previously. Thank you for your understanding and do reach out to us if you need further clarification.
