Unable to contact support, use the app

I have recently switched from iOS to android. Purchased the full version while on iOS, yet can’t log in on my android with the email used to purchased the full version and enjoy it on android. I transferred all other purchases of other apps that one won’t work. On top of that the support page is poor and do not work. I need a fix here thanks
