Doesn’t work

I spent the money buying this ring and the app does not work at all. It asks me for a code , which is never sent therefore I can't register the ring doesn't work for me. What can I do I have tried to contact via email but I have sent over 50 emails. No customer support

Still needs work

Once you manage to get the ring linked it works pretty well. A major problem is that some parts are only written in Mandarin (I’m assuming) and I have no idea what that information is for and it would be nice if you could change from metric to imperial measurements.
