App is playing up
Love QVC but the app is not work in properly recently. Over voices I some of the recorded shows. The returns app button will not allow the app to open. I have tried turning off phone and reloading app to no avail. Let’s get this thing working please.
Not user friendly
The app is clumsy and not user friendly. Trying to check the status of an order is frustrating. Having to enter email address yet again despite being in the app and then still not being able to view is ridiculous. This app needs a complete overhaul
Can’t believe how qvc manage to keep there customers
So today hand my text and email tell me my parcel had been delivered only to find out it’s been delivered to my old address I ordered it off the app it’s got no other addresses on only where I live now so you would think it would be delivered there but no for some reason it’s got to the old address but apparently it’s my fault even though it’s got the right address on the app so the man on the phone said I would have to go to the old address which is not happening he had to go away and ask somebody which didn’t give me any confidence came back and then baffles me with science so parcel lost well done QVC ps still scratching my head 😤

Latest update broke pre recorded video audio
I have been in touch with customer care. They told me to delete the app and reinstall. That doesn’t work. The live video feed has sound. The IT DEPARTMENT ON QVC need to look into this. I have reported it. Last time the app was wrong it took ages to fix the problem. Please sort this out ASAP. A video isn’t any good if you don’t have sound. This isn’t good for business! I’m so annoyed instead of fixing the sound problem. They have now taken the video of these products down. Now they just have the details and NO VIDEO PRESENTATION! A very lazy way out of fixing a glitch qvc 😡

Oh this app is bugging me now! I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a few times and still not performing as it should. Home page doesn’t load properly, search field gets stuck and won’t show items ,just frustrating!

It’s a shame if QVC shuts down. They sell so great stuff and at a very reasonable price.

Hi! I did review qvc some time ago and said it's not great for the blind especially at ordering. Glad to say this has improved. Managed to order a maplin usb charger for mum for Easter. however on the app, I go to check on my order, "you will be directed to your browser." I'm sorry but that's just not good enough. This smartphone world is about apps that have notifications for a reason, not to be redirected to a web browser to log in, find my account again, find the order and check from there. It's just easier on the app as there is really no point having the more tab there. Otherwise great app. Please update the accessibility status to say it works with voiceover as it states still "the developer hasn't clarified accessibility for this app".

QVC App
Whenever I put in a request for a product using search I.e. garden compost for example nothing comes up. Do people have to be completely specific when trying to find products? You really should make your app far more user friendly.
