BALANCES — always know who owes what A new Balances section in your expenses: for every person you see how much they owe you or how much you owe them, with the net total and a share-by-share breakdown. • "I paid": you declare the repayment and the other person confirms they received it, so a balance only closes when you both agree. • "Already paid": if the money is already in your hands, close the share — or the whole balance — right away, in both directions. • Close an even balance when nothing is left between you, and reopen a share if you got it wrong. • Push notifications for every repayment request and confirmation. EXPORT YOUR DATA TO EXCEL From your profile you can download an Excel file with one sheet per month. Pick the year and choose what to include among expenses, incomes, subscriptions, loans and budgets: the sections you leave out never reach the file. Meal vouchers, descriptions and loan instalments are all carried over. APP LOCK AND PRIVACY Turn on App lock from your profile: Qwanto asks for Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode whenever it stays in the background for more than 30 seconds. The app switcher preview is now covered by the launch screen too, so your amounts are no longer visible while you move between apps. CLEARER NESTED BUDGETS Choosing a parent budget has been rebuilt: at a glance you can tell whether a budget stands on its own or sits inside another one as a sub-limit, and expenses are still counted only once. A MORE ACCURATE DASHBOARD The comparison with the previous period now uses exactly the matching span, custom ranges included: whole months are compared with whole months, free ranges with the same number of days. LOANS The loan card now shows the exact amounts repaid and still outstanding, and paid instalments are counted from the real charges — even when the loan is in a foreign currency and the exchange rate moves. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Assistant suggestions now fold away with an animation once you start chatting, leaving more room for the conversation. • More reliable notification handling: no more stuck or duplicated notifications when you come back to the app. • Various fixes and updated libraries.
