Signing in is unbelievably tedious and annoying
I’m all for security but a single Face ID is enough. I have to do way too much just to take attendance each day.

App won’t open on iOS 27
App instantly crashes when you try to open it on iOS 27. Terribly made, and genuinely negatively affecting my in-class attendance efforts!
Doesn’t even open
I updated the app today and while there should’ve been “bug fixes” now the app won’t open at all… it quits/closes before fully opening. Ridiculous.

Impossible to login
An endless loop of finding my school (which doesn’t load ANY school 80% of the time), if you do get A SCHOOL to appear, login -> Duo, LIGHTNING FAST ACCEPT from the top bar -> approve canvas link -> loading -> back to select your school.
Asking for help says it’s Duo and I’m “too slow,” bro…. No.
Offloading, reinstalling (countless times), force shut down, turning on off the phone, nothing works.
This app is hot garbage and I can’t believe my school requires it.

Wish I could give zero stars
Really just writing this to blow off steam. I’ve been in class for not even a month so far, and I have had at least five class meetings where I was completely unable to log my attendance because this app is so broken. I updated it this morning to “fix minor bugs” and I couldn’t even open the app anymore. I hate this app.

Good intention, badly maintained: class doesn’t show up, strange for an attendance app. login error, neither IT nor instructor can fix, interesting support model.
Un regard critique
Il se trouve que les amphis en grand nombre tendent à fatiguer l’esprit de l’étudiant. Or justement l’étudiant subit la pression des OL et des événements en tous genres. Donc il faudrait pas pitié mettre fin à l’existence de cette appli pour améliorer mon pronostic vital. De plus l’utilité de cette plateforme s’arrête à la volonté propre des étudiants à participer. C’est-à-dire au vu de ce constat que son intérêt même est vivement questionable

À cause de cette application, nous fûmes obligés d’assister aux conférences passionnantes de notre école (que je ne citerai pas faut pas abuser). En dépit de la qualité des intervenants, il est 18h10 et là j’ai un peu la flemme de les écouter (j’ai commencé les cours à 9h ajd).
Je j’ai rien contre les développeurs, vous avez fait di bon boulot avec un système super qui nous empêche de tricher (bravo), mais là c’est trop sophistiqué, vous auriez pu juste faire croire que c’était quali histoire que l’admin croie qu’on est là alors qu’on a grugé.
Bref la note de 1étoile c’est pas contre vous

Garbage
Constantly have to sign in every time I want to use it, freezes up too
Pls fix.
This app logs me out 90% of the time on the same day. Even after I log in, it signs me out a minute later. Sometimes it loads forever, and I have to exit the app/clear it from my history three times before I can sign back in successfully. This also makes me miss the first few minutes of lecture because I’m trying to be marked present. Please fix so it allows us to remain signed in.

This Is Useless
This app my be the most useless and incapable thing a person has ever tried to do. Even a blind and deaf person could get a more accurate roll call.

This app is persistently aggravating, as one must continuously re-sign in and undergo the multi factor authentication every time you use it, or at least every day. It’s a waste of time and energy better spent doing anything else, and makes the act of checking into class not only insulting but tedious, glitchy, and time-consuming to boot.
