Works sometimes and what are the hours?

I kept getting the prompt to update and it wouldn’t let me order a ride for a weeks when I first downloaded it. I kept trying then finally it let me order a ride and it worked pretty well! The driver came quick and was friendly. I wish the app stated their hours of operation in my town and worked consistently. It still sometimes says driver out of range or that there will be a 50 minute wait. I suppose more drivers are needed. The hours during the weekdays and weekends would help to automatically be there and more cars and drivers if possible. Other than that I’m truly so grateful for this awesome service to be available in my town. Thank you soooo much for making this it’s so needed on in Suffolk county in my town during the week and on weekends. Greatly appreciated please never leave and keep growing!!🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Not working

After downloading latest version still says “Thanks but please download latest version.”

You need to fix. Too bad. Great service.

Amateur hour

The worst app I’ve ever used. Why do you ask for DOB and age? I signed up, then I was presented with a prompt saying my app is out of date. I JUST DOWNLOADED THE APP FOR THE FIRST TIME.
Deleted it, will never use again.

Version issue

Just downloaded and when I try to use the app, it tells me to get the latest version (1.0.18) from the App Store. App Store says that’s the version I have. Pffffft.

Can’t get past the choose your location page. I Can’t use the app until it’s fixed.

I’m in the same boat as other reviewers. Pop up screen says update to newest version- which I have done three times. Still no dice. Deleted app and reinstalled. No good. Best way to kill a good idea is to fail to make it work and frustrate early adopters. Town should get its $ back and sue for damages.

Doesn’t work

Same as another reviewer, asks me to upgrade even though I have the current version. Doesn’t get past the choose location screen.

App tells me I have to upgrade to the latest version ver 1.0.16 meanwhile I have the newest version 1.0.18.... doesn’t let me past that screen... so no free rides for me
