I bought the season pass and I still can’t watch any of my team clips I try every day and it still doesn’t work
Making Highlight Tape
Every time I try to edit my highlight tape there is always a problem. I put a clip in a republish it, it ends up not being in the tape. Same thing when i try to change the music. One time it took a whole two days for it to republish my tape and it only had 23 clips. Fix your app.
Lost footage
We moved from hudl to this app hoping for an improvement but have lost footage multiple times after showing it uploaded no way to contact any support for help in app

This platform breaks down film into stats, why is there no stats available in the app?
Transfer to phone ability
I love the app but is there any way you can transfer the individual video to my phone. If not can you add that as an update. It would be nice to be able to save the videos to my phones photo/video folder.
Not impressed
This app has been a pain ever since I've had it, and then when I was logged out and didn't know my password I find out there is no forgot password button you have to go through all of these loops and hurdles. All of this just to try and watch film for football, I do not recommend this app for anyone

App states I have no videos
Every since they changed to the new “White” color and such none of my videos are showing in my library. The APP states I have none but I do. On my IPad I can go to Chrome web browser and Log in and watch video that way. It defeats the purpose to have a APP that doesn’t work the way it is suppose to please fix immediately as I have made you aware of this situation! Patience is running low at this point!

Overall. Solid app. Definitely worth having and a great advantage for youth sports. Even some smaller schools to watch film.

Todd and his team are great. App is easy to use and navigate, the film is clear, & I’ve encountered minimal issues in the last 5 years. Even if there’s an issue with the film, they’re quick to correct the situation and/or make up for it. Wonderful customer service as well.
Removed what was already poor playback controls ?
The app overall is ok, but not great and if anything the latest update has made it worse. Video quality is good but why did you remove the playback controls ? In the previous version of the app the controls weren’t great but at least there were some controls, but now it’s almost impossible to use the platform to break down the film because you only have 1 speed and very fidgety touch scrolling.

qwickcut is a great app that is easy to use and provides high-quality results. I recently had an issue with the app that prevented me from using it, but I was able to contact support and they quickly fixed the issue in an update. I am very impressed with the customer support and I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a way to edit their videos quickly and easily.

However, the latest update introduced a bug that makes it impossible to upload footage from the app. This is a major inconvenience, as it forces users to transfer their footage to a computer first.
The app also lacks support for multiple cameras, which can be a problem for coaches who want to record footage from multiple angles. Additionally, the training material on how to use the app is not very clear. For example, it's not obvious how to switch from the wide to the 1x or 2/3X camera.
