So easy to use
We were looking for a simpler way to communicate with clients including onboarding. After a trial it was clear Qwil worked for us - and more importantly for our clients. Just like WhatsApp but with many more features including security. Just wondering why we didn’t use Qwil years ago!
Initially basic
Moving with the times I guess this is a good move to have instant messages with your mortgage adviser for example, but improvements should be added like a search feature on the mobile all, maybe pinning or "staring" a messages to refer back to as I used my communications to refer back to details discussed

Fantastic secure doc sharing
This really enhances my client communication. Clients tell me it’s easy to use, I feel confident in the security. One of the best aspects of the app is the prompt responses to queries and proactive reaching out to enhance branding appearance.

Best messaging service
Delighted to be using Qwil. Makes sending messages, documents, files so much easier and secure.
If you’re a voice over user, you can’t read any of the content
I am blind and use VoiceOver with my iOS device. When reading through messages, it doesn’t appear that I can read the message content. All VoiceOver reads is either text message content or file content. I haven’t found any way to actually read the messages. Totally useless for me. Hope it gets sorted soon.

Keeps logging me out
I’ve been using this app for several years now without any problems. Ever since last week, the app keeps logging me out every day and requires me to go through multiple identification steps to log in. It’s annoying and completely unnecessary. Please fix this!!!!
