Good food, app is a bit of a mess
I often get weird errors in the app, and it will only allow you to use a single gift card per order, which is extremely frustrating. But the food is good!

Only allowing a single gift card? Don’t even sell me multiple gift cards ever. How insulting. If you want to limit it, limit it to the price of the order. Maybe $500. Let a normal person use your app.

Love this places food. But I don’t understand their rewards, had 224 points. Tried to use it for $20 off, said it was no longer available. I ordered anyway but probably won’t order take out again, as rewards don’t work!

Nice store. Friendly people at the counter. Good smells. Food - mashed taters are awesome, ribs and turkey are great, brisket- a little tough and all the fat was completely rendered out, so it wasn’t very moist or juicy. I’ve had their brisket before and it was pretty good. This time not so much.

Dried out chicken
The chicken was in the smoker to long and was almost jerky. Old R&R had better standers
Test your app before you send it to the App Store.
Has the development team actually downloaded this app on their devices to see how the app actually works? You will clearly see all the issues with the app, if you actually test it ordering items at least try 10 times and see if each order goes through successfully using the app. I highly doubt it will work with all 10 orders without issues.
