I use it all the time before going to work the food is always ready and all I have to do it give them my name I love it

I try to place an order and it says I need an account so I try to sign up. I fill out the appropriate information to sign up and it says that “the email or password provided is invalid. please try again” but i’m signing up.. why would it be invalid? So this app is useless if I can’t order
