Admin can scan PT QR → marks Attended, deducts session, records Checked in by. Logged out or Viewer → QR scan is blocked. Expired or reused QR → shows an error; member must generate a new QR. Mark Missed → deducts 1 session. Change to Cancelled → restores the session. Inactive bookings are hidden and cannot be checked in. Activity log records payment, notes, attendance, and session changes. PT users can use the QR Reader to check in only their own sessions.
