About

R2W Worker is time tracking built for the person doing the work, not the person managing it. ONE BUTTON Clocking in and out is a 96-point button you can hit with gloves on, without looking. The timer runs on screen while your shift is open. IT WORKS WITH NO SERVICE In a basement, on a lot with no tower, or out of data, the app keeps working. Your punch is saved on the phone immediately and sent on its own when service returns. You will never see a green check before the server confirms it: while it is pending, it says so. NO GPS NEVER BLOCKS A PUNCH If location is slow or never arrives, you still clock in, and the punch is flagged for someone to review. A low-accuracy reading is recorded as inconclusive, not as "outside the zone". YOUR HOURS ARE YOURS You see every clock-in, clock-out and break with its exact time. If something is wrong, you dispute it from the app, and hours under dispute cannot be settled while the dispute is open. When someone adjusts your hours, you see who did it, by name and role. PROOF OF WORK Photos with time and location, taken with the app's own camera. A photo imported from the gallery is marked unverified, because it proves nothing about when or where it was taken. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO No costs, no data about your coworkers, no productivity rankings. It does not track you outside your shift or send you notifications outside it. Every one of those absences is deliberate. Requires a company account. If your contractor does not use Ready2Work, this app is not useful on its own.

What's New in R2W Worker

3.0.2

Photos no longer lose the job site zone. Evidence taken from some screens was saved without knowing whether you were inside or outside the job site, even when the phone had your location. The zone is now always resolved from the job site, and the coordinate is kept even if the site has not downloaded to the phone yet. Also, opening the app warms up the GPS for one minute: when you tap CLOCK IN, your location is ready instead of making you wait. It turns itself off, and it never runs with the app in the background. What we would like you to try: · Take a photo from the tasks screen and check it says whether you were inside the job site. · Open the app, wait a moment and clock in: the location chip should no longer say “Getting location…”.
