My 94 year old dad has been an RAA member for 74 years (since he was 21 in 1953) and already has the gold card
Awesome
Awesome service and App
I am Appy !
There was a time from my teens to late 20’s mid 30’s
Mind set changed from “na she’ll be right mate, to having to call someone to help with car and battery issues,,it became obvious, technology had progressed on motor vehicles, I’m a retired motor mechanic , 1970’s.
RAA ,( I call them “RAPPY, RAA App ).
Thanks for your services.

5 stars isn’t enough
They are just amazing from the 1st phone call to making change they always have the time and energy for me will always be with the RAA
Good but could be better
Good app. But if you want to see your account and products, you’re taken to a website page to login-rather than just having those functionalities inside the app itself.

Thank you RAA for giving us members a chance to win something. I have ne er win but plenty have . My turn will come if not glad to have RAA FOR THE SAVINGS ALSO.
Security
I continually have issues with logging in to RAA site. You click, forgot password and it says it’s sent an email. It lies!! Done this 5 times in 45 mins and no emails. Nothing in inbox, nothing in junk.
So much for getting insurance through RAA, making it too hard to deal with

Great service great competitions
Great service has looked after me for 30 years.
(FYI) They don’t reward loyalty.
Comprehensive insurance renewed and I did a quote for comparison. My standard renewal was $139.99 but my quote for standard was $126.87 and premium cover would be $139.67. My renewal for standard comes in more expensive than premium if I were a new customer. 3 years with them. Zero claims and no at fault claims ever. History is clean. Anyway, time to shop around again.

Some petrol stations appear on the app to have petrol but when you drive to the station the petrol has run out so information on the app is not updated by staff either deliberately or because they forget.
Highly Recommend
RAA provided fantastic service with friendly, professional staff who made the whole experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend for their reliability, quick response times and excellent customer care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best budget savings app!
I am now regularly remembering to use the Drakes grocery discount- yay! Also
Also always check fuel prices, and get my discount for that too.
Worth membership many times over.
Thanks

There when I need them!
Have had to call on the RAA a number of times recently, without them I would have been stuck (or potentially caused damage to my car). They are always prompt, professional and get me back on the road in a timely manner. One company that genuinely provides exceptional service to rural and remote communities - I am grateful and feel safer with this coverage!

RAA APP
Really informative and adds lots of value and is very easy to navigate.
QoL app
A good example of an app making your life easier. Thank you for the CarPlay and Apple Wallet updates. In a future release, I would love to see support for dark mode and a Home Screen widget for fuel prices showing your favourite servo or local average.
Great work
Love the fuel app
RAA
The app is so easy to use. Entered some competitions (fun to do). Easy to navigate the app from one section to another. Links are also in the app which is useful for me as I am hopeless at all that back and forth going in and out of windows.
RAA to the rescue
I have used RAA quite a few times over the past 6 years their staff are always happy and friendly and take the time explaining the issues to me .
